
BARREL AGED FERMENTED PEPPER SAUCE
Our Barrel Aged Fermented Pepper Sauce is a yearly project and 2024 was just its second year in production. We start with fresh red jalapenos, caribbean habaneros, and garlic and ferment them for 30 days. We then age the sauce for 8 months on whisky barrel oak for an amazing take on a thin Louisiana style hot pepper sauce but with a bit more character, a bit more bite, and a lot less vinegar. Start looking for this seasonal sauce again in November 2025.
