It's National Blueberry Pancake Day! And we're bringing you this classic breakfast with a spicy twist! This special occasion gives us a chance to revel in the joys and wonders of blueberry pancakes, combining the sweet and tangy flavors of blueberries with the fluffy goodness of pancakes and a little bit of heat to balance it out! We will be featuring ATL Burns Summertime Blues Blueberry Ghost Pepper Sauce!

To create your own blueberry ghost pancakes, you'll need:
your favorite basic pancake mix
water
apple sauce
fresh blueberries
ATL Burns Summertime Blues Blueberry Ghost Pepper Sauce
butter
First, mix your pancake mix with suggested water amount and add some apple sauce for extra sweetness and moisture.
Next, fold in fresh blueberries and several dashes of the blueberry ghost pepper sauce.
Heat your pan to medium high, add a little butter, then spoon in the batter and cook until the bubbles are gone.
Flip, and repeat!
Serve these scrumptious pancakes with your favorite syrup (I like maple), a sprinkle of powdered sugar, a dash (or many dashes) of blueberry ghost pepper sauce, and a handful of fresh blueberries. Add a side of bacon or sausage for a savory touch.

Don't be afraid to get creative with garnishes or additional toppings! Add whipped cream, a dusting of cinnamon, or even some lemon zest for a zingy twist.
We were delighted by the sweet, spicy, and fluffy pancakes. The combination of flavors creates a truly unforgettable experience. It's like an edible yin and yang: sweet meets spicy, soft meets powerful, all coming together in perfect harmony!

I knew I definitely wanted to use this sauce on some sort of pork dish maybe with a pastor with pineapple, but never thought to put it in pancakes! Love it
