Sweatah Weathah

"Inspired by my favorite beef chili recipe, which calls for pumpkin, “Sweatah Weathah” unlocks a totally different flavor that I can’t stop experimenting with! I can’t easily describe the flavor, but I used pumpkin, tomato, and apple cider vinegar as the flavor and body base. Sweet, salty, tangy, earthy heat that just makes you feel like sitting by a campfire in the Fall while wearing your favorite sweater."
