A twist on Jamaican Jerk Sauce curated with the help of Caribbean natives from local Georgia farmers markets. The Lougarou is a sauce made of Jamaican jerk spice, toasted cinnamon, organic fresh squeezed lime juice, scotch bonnets, habaneros, and burnt sugar.
