Ryan's impressive career spans from his twelve-year tenure at Twain's Brewpub in Decatur to his current role at 97 Estoria in Cabbagetown, where he curates mouthwatering menus inspired by Southern and international cuisine. Known for his bold flavors and love of traditional techniques, Ryan's culinary prowess has earned him features in notable publications such as the Atlanta Journal & Constitution, Creative Loafing, and Southern Living Magazine.
Not one to shy away from friendly competition, Ryan has participated in various local culinary events, including Smoke & Glory and Ramen-Fest. When he's not cooking up a storm or shaking things up on the dance floor, he's spreading good humor and connecting people over unforgettable meals.
