Oregon Seaweed Chili Crisp

"It’s a very mild heat and garlic heavy flavor. The red dulse seaweed gives it that extra umami flavor. Be careful, it’s easy to get addicted to this one.

I love spreading some out in a cast iron pan and frying my egg directly on top. Goes well with just about anything and everything."

INGREDIENTS: Soybean oil (Contains soybean), fried garlic, red chili flakes, red dulse seaweed, tamari (water, soybeans, salt, sugar) fried shallots, monosodium glutamate (MSG), brown sugar and sea salt.
